I Corinthians 12:25-26
25 so that there won’t be division in the body and so the parts might have mutual concern for each other. 26 If one part suffers, all the parts suffer with it; if one part gets the glory, all the parts celebrate with it.
Red, Yellow, Black, and White they are precious in his sight. Jesus loves the little children of the world.
There is only one race that God really cares about and that is the human race. He made us in his image. Within each race there are those who are strong and those that are weak, there are those who are leaders and those that are followers; there are those who are givers and those that are takers, but God loves them all and has given each of us a role in his world.
Out of all of those that are part of the human race there are some that belong to the body of Christ. Every race of people around the world has believers who follow Jesus Christ and they are members of the body of Christ, but lately the body has been divided over race, doctrine, and politics.
How can we be a part of the same body and hate each other? How can the body of Christ hate the head of the country just because he's black or doesn't line up doctrinally? Are we really Christian if we hate someone that’s a part of the body just because they are of a different color or disagree on matters of faith? If we are going to be a part of the same body we must learn how to love each other and work together in spite of our differences.
These are the things that hurt the body of Christ:
3. Apathy for the least of these. We can no longer ignore those that we think that are less significant to the body. We must show equal concern for each member of the body. But God has combined the members of the body and has given greater honor to the parts that lacked it. (ICor 12:24)
Dear God,
Thank you for loving the human race and for caring for the Body of Christ. During the next four years help the body of Christ to recover. Remove Racism, Dismantle Division, and annihilate Apathy. Restore our hearts, Renew our minds, and Rejuvenate our Souls so that we might be ambassadors for Christ and not citizens of our own private fiefdoms. Please restore unity to your body.
In Jesus Name,
Amen

These are the things that hurt the body of Christ:
- Hatred/racism. Racism is the gangrene in the body of Christ. We cannot go forward until we acknowledge our inherited racism that must be expelled out of the body in order for us to heal. "the eye cannot say to the hand, "I don't need you!" and the head cannot say to the feet, "I don't need you! On the contrary, those parts of the body that seem to be weaker are indispensable." (ICor 12:21)
